Yes, it is. We are proud to say that we have never had a problem with the security of customer information. The website is equipped with a hacker-safe program that is monitored and tested daily.

If you receive an error message when attempting to place an order, your credit card account will be suspended. This does not mean that your account has been charged twice. It is a pending transaction and will be reversed on its own. We have a very secure site for your protection. If you have issues with your billing address, we recommend contacting your bank to verify the billing address they have on file for you. You can have more than one address in the file. We haven’t charged you twice and we don’t have multiple orders for you. What you see is an authorization, not an actual fee. When a debit card is used, it is always authorized immediately whether it is accepted or not. The authorization will disappear on its own. We will not charge you to make it disappear. If you want, we can fax the bank and let them know we won’t charge you. If you would like us to do this, you must call our customer service department with the fax number to the bank, your credit card information, and the person you would like the fax to be sent to. We cannot do this via email, so you will need to call us with this information.

Order & Shipping

Orders sent with standard shipping will be sent via regular mail.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WEEKENDS, BANK AND/OR GOVERNMENT HOLIDAYS (NOT MAIL) AND MAIN HOLIDAYS ARE NOT INCLUDED AS BUSINESS DAYS.

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. If all of the items you requested are in stock, it will take an average of 24 to 72 hours to process and ship your order. This excludes special items (charms), which due to very high demand have a longer processing time of 7 to 21 working days before shipping.

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday. Orders will not be processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Please contact customer service and inform them that you have not received your order even though delivery has been confirmed.

Your order status will show as pending until the order ships. It may take up to 24 hours for our system to update and reflect the correct information.

One or more of the items you selected are temporarily backordered. The account has been charged to reserve the item for your order. If you would like to cancel the backordered item and have the account refunded, please contact customer service during business hours.

Most refunds typically take 48 to 72 business hours to reflect in your account after being released. However, refunds depend on your bank. You can contact the bank or your card company to confirm that they have received the refund.
