The following reasons are covered by our 20-day return Policy
The wrong order or item was sent. Defective items were received. The quality of the products received is poor/faulty. The wrong photo pendant was received, and the appearance of the image differs from the provided photo for chain making. Issues such as paint chips, crystals falling off, etc. Exchange will only be made for the same product or items of equal or lesser value.
Exposure to corrosive substances or chemicals, including but not limited to liquid silver polish, pools, hot tubs, and spas, which can alter the appearance of the chain making
product. Damage due to misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance. Losses caused by late collection or refusal of acceptance by the customer. Refunds not granted for personalized products if the customer is subjectively dissatisfied and hasn't read the
instructions on the website. Customers are advised to check the characteristics table carefully before ordering. Refunds not accepted for personalized products except for quality problems or other special circumstances (e.g., wrong colour/style/size). Return
